Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition with all tags attached and are not marked as 'Final Sale' or customized player jerseys.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

  Package and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, including the original packing slip, before dropping the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team at UPMC Park inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
